Firstly, please make sure your computer meets the minimal requirements to play Warrior Epic.
The minimum system requirements are as follows:
Operating System: Windows XP (Service Pack 3) or Windows Vista
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Processor: Pentium 4 1.3 GHz
Memory: 512Mb RAM
Hard drive: 250Mb minimum, up to 1+GB for complete client
Video: 3D Graphics Processor with 32mb VRAM
Also ensure that you downloaded the game client from the appropriate place.

http://warriorepic.ijji.com/en/other/do ... pic-clientNext, you will want to make sure your version of windows and all of your graphics drivers are up to date. Those not using Service Pack 3 in Windows, or out of date graphics drivers may experience game abnormalities, or may not be able to fully install the game at all. In addition, Vista users will want to make sure to run the Warrior Epic launcher as an Administrator by right clicking on the client and selecting 'Run as administrator'.
Lastly, it would also be beneficial to have the ports necessary to play Warrior Epic smoothly open. They are as follows:
Lobby System: TCP-7788, Game Servers: UDP-10000, 10001, 10002, 10003, 10004, 10005, File Downloader: TCP-23, 80, 8088, 8888

To get your DXDIAG:
WINDOWS XP
1) Go to your Windows Desktop
2) Select Start->Run->type: dxdiag in the "Run" search bar
3) In the "Run" search bar type: dxdiag. Then select "OK," this will run the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool."
4) In the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool", select "Save all Information" button, (located in the bottom right-hand corner of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool)
5) Save as "dxdiag(YourLoginName).txt" to your desktop.
6) Attach "dxdiag(YourLoginName).txt" to your email response.
WINDOWS VISTA
1) Go to your Windows Desktop
2) Select Start ->Search
3) In the "Search" bar type: dxdiag
4) Execute the "dxdiag.exe" in the "Search Results" by selecting the dxdiag.exe Icon. This will run the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool."
5) In the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool," select "Save all Information" button, (located in the bottom right-hand corner of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool)
6) Save as "dxdiag(YourLoginName).txt" to your desktop.
7) Attach "dxdiag(YourLoginName).txt" to your email response.
