Can anyone confirm that the Bracers of haste is a random drop world wide or does it drop on specific maps only?

I've been item hunting the venomous crosier for some time now in the inner sanctum. I've had no luck, but I'm pretty sure I've noticed others with it. Does anyone know it's stats?... or whether it really exists?

I can't find the bracers of haste anywhere. Is there any place where the item seems to drop more often?  Also, I am getting very irritated while farming for the pipes of haste. I've done the dang mission like 15 times now and all I get is hawkeye boots which turn into more prestige! Am I just really unlucky?

I think I found them somewhere in Aberas on either Sea Dog's Treasure or the Gauntlet. As for the pipes of haste, how much of the mission do you complete? If it's just a straight run through, your chances of getting the drop might be lowered. Also, I think getting artifacts helps your chance - at least on some maps. Here is the post I was thinking of when I commented on yours. http://forums.warriorepic.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=10475 You are right about the tablets. I got them and artifacts mixed up. I was also thinking from my own experience, as getting 100% completion on a quest would give me a better chance of getting the item I was looking for.
